Diana Lytel provides legal defense for the investment finance industry with a unique practice where she represents CFA Institute Charterholders (“CFAs”) and Candidates who received a letter of investigation outlining allegations of industry professional conduct violations, or exam violations. Diana has successfully handled numerous CFA Institute Professional Conduct cases from inception to completion, including appeals. She also counsels Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) with California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) audit examinations, complaints, and violations.
