NRIA To Build Multi-Family High Rise In Heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida

By: via AccessWire

"The location is spectacular," says NRIA's Stabile

SEACAUCUS, NJ / ACCESSWIRE / January 28, 2022 / National Realty Investment Advisors (NRIA), a leading developer of luxury real estate on the East Coast, is pleased to announce that the firm will soon begin construction on a multi-family high rise project in the heart of the downtown district of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The proposed 388-unit 43-story project, as yet unnamed, will be located at 200 - 210 NE 3rd Street.

The NE 3rd Street location was chosen in part for its proximity to the revolutionary Brightline transportation hub, just two blocks away. The Brightline is a privately run, inter-city high-speed rail route that runs between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, Florida.

"The location is spectacular," says Rich Stabile, NRIA's Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Construction Management, and Sales. "You have the Brightline right there. And we are right inside Flagler Village, the Fort Lauderdale arts district. Restaurants, arts, culture…it surrounds the address."

The property at 200-210 NE 3rd Street is designed to offer both luxury and convenience to its residents, according to NRIA. There will be restaurant and retail space on the first floor, making for an all-in-one place to live, work, shop, and play for its residents. In addition, a multitude of luxury amenities will be available, including concierge service, dog walking services, an amenity floor with fire pits, grilling areas, lounge areas, a yoga lawn, and a sky bar.

The project, which will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, will have parking spaces available for 435 vehicles.

NRIA looks forward to adding to the already vibrant community of Fort Lauderdale, NRIA's Stabile says. "There is so much going on in the area," he says. "The city has put tremendous effort into bolstering downtown, and we are right in the middle of it. There is the art museum, the Museum of Discovery and Science, the new Panther Hockey stadium…it's a fantastic rebirth to be a part of."

Stabile adds that construction is expected to begin on NRIA's Fort Lauderdale high rise in the Fall of 2022.
