LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / December 7, 2022 / In a society that, more often than not, heavily discourages men from showing any type of vulnerability, there is a clear need to create spaces that allow men to freely express themselves and learn from each others' experiences. In this way, they can shed off the weights that drag them down from reaching their true potential and grow into men of high value. This is what the new podcast, High Value Man Conversation, or HVMC for short, is all about - a safe space for men, by men, with high-value conversations on how they can grow more confident and gain the things they want in life and love.

The HVMC podcast, already on its nineteenth episode, is hosted by Erin Alejandrino, an online fitness coach, men's coach, and transformation coach with over two decades of experience in the field. Alejandrino identifies himself as a former "Passive Aggressive Man," or PAM, which he described as "the man that is holding back all his hopes, his dreams, his aspirations, and everything he wants to do because he's putting other people's priorities first." He also discussed the fear instilled in the PAM, saying, "he's afraid to be assertive, he's afraid to go after things that he wants because he believes that aggressiveness (and) that masculinity is somehow a bad thing."

The podcast puts a spotlight on the negative impacts of this trait, where it perpetuates a cycle of isolation, loneliness, failure in one's career and romantic life, and hesitance in seeking to fulfill their true desires and dreams to live their greatest life.

The podcast talks about how PAM is learned in childhood and can be unlearned through the power of starting difficult but necessary conversations. Alejandrino shared how one conversation he had with an entrepreneur and friend of his led to openly discussing personal stories about the worst thing that happened to them, in which they both suffered from experiencing sexual abuse in their youth. This led him to see and appreciate the power of conversing openly and honestly, man to man.

"[That encounter] gave me the courage to have a conversation in healing with another guy on path, on purpose," he shared. "I don't want to live in a world where grown men don't talk about the worst thing that ever happened to them."

Out of that conversation, the two men collaborated with a Navy SEAL, a Marine, and a SWAT Operator to create what they dubbed "The Modern Day Knight Project." A 75-hour personal development program led by five Alpha Men, The Modern Day Knight Project focuses on creating a brotherhood where they can share teachings on how to break the habits that hinder men as PAMs, encouraging them instead to embrace their masculinity, challenging them to level up their confidence, communication, and skills in order to truly maximize their potential. With over 160 graduates across 14 programs in the past three years, the project continues to grow its tribe, with its members becoming successful in their own lives and endeavors.

Born from the success of The Modern Day Knight Project with the aim to discuss the impact of the conversations that led to the confidence to launch the project, the HVMC podcast continues to produce quality episodes featuring other experts in the field to help guide listeners in their journeys towards becoming High Value Men.
