A total of $40,000 will be distributed to youth organizations through MONAT Gratitude Foundation’s $1M pledge grant program, which aims to support new and existing initiatives in arts and culture, youth sports and recreation, and youth entrepreneurship. The program's goal is to close the achievement gaps in underserved communities worldwide by donating funds to organizations that focus on youth. In 2022, MONAT Gratitude Foundation donated more than $600,000 to more than 40 youth education programs through the $1 million pledge grant program.

“I firmly believe in the power and importance of investing in our youth,” said Lu Urdaneta, MONAT Global chief culture officer and MONAT Gratitude Foundation CEO. “By donating funds to programs that support their growth and development, we are not only shaping the future of our communities but also creating opportunities for a better world. Through these efforts, we’re able to help empower the next generation to reach their full potential."

The remaining funds will be donated as grants of $25,000 each to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House of New York. Each nonprofit was selected by two of MONAT’s independent distributors who won a drawing for the giveback opportunity.

“I am so moved by this opportunity from MONAT and the MONAT Gratitude Foundation to give back in my community,” said Albina Boldyreva, the MONAT Market Partner who selected Ronald McDonald House of New York as a recipient of a $25,000 grant. “As a parent, I know how important it is to be able to be close to your child when he or she is very sick, and I love that the Ronald McDonald House supports families and allows the families to be together while the child is receiving life-saving medical treatment without having to worry about the costs. I’m so grateful to be able to support this organization with this donation!”
