IRK Magazine hosted a release dinner at Splashlight Studios

IRK Magazine is a leading publication that explores the intersections of fashion, art, and sustainability. With a focus on innovation and impact, IRK Magazine aims to showcase the work of visionary creators who are shaping the future of the industry. Splashlight studios is based out of Manhattan, New York.

The event was hosted by Beatrice Dupire, Splashlight Studio's Director of Culture and Innovation and Patrick Duffy, Sustainability and Impact Director at IRK Magazine. It began with a plant based food art installation by Tunisian artist Faten Gaddes that explored themes of identity through her Tunisian history and human connection. This was followed by a culinary performance by Michelin Star chef Raamin Samiyi that blended together music, video, and his signature gourmet donuts.

Photographer Dustin Pittman read from his latest book 'New York After Dark,' which chronicled New York city's nightlife in the 1970s. The night concluded with The Zombie Disco, an inclusive performance with The Or Foundation and the "Fashion Zombie" educating guests about overconsumption.
