"The support of business partners like Elevation Connect help our students participate in more advanced internships using CAD for architecture, civil engineering, and structural engineering projects," said Alex Ewers, Founder, 3 Rocks Engineering. "I'm continually impressed with the quality of interns the high schools are assigning to my business. Enabling them with the right tools for the learning experience not only helps prepare them for a successful career but creates a viable pipeline of talent to grow our local workforce and economy."
"We believe the 20% of Americans living in rural areas represent the greatest untapped strategic resource for our country and their communities," said Chris Koehn, Founder, Second-61, Partner, Emergent Campus. "Over the last several years we've proven that our rural intern and apprentice programs can develop a technical workforce that is on par with our more established enterprise service desk sites around the country."
