PRINCETON, N.J. - March 28, 2022 - PRLog -- Morven Museum & Garden's annual spring fundraiser Morven in May returns with our Garden Party and Plant Sale. Join us for this signature event that launches the season and offers a welcome opportunity for us to gather in celebration of renewal and connection, in support of Morven Museum & Garden's mission.
The Garden Party, our largest fundraiser of the year, will take place on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a weather date of Saturday, May 7, 2022 also from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This annual tradition raises necessary funds allowing us to continue to provide illuminating exhibitions, educational programing, along with preserving this National Historic Landmark. This year, the Garden Party will be hosted by Ashley and Brian Formento, Susan MacGregor, Liza and Schuyler Morehouse, Kathy Vik, and Elizabeth Wislar.
Featured at the Garden Party will be a hearty grazing menu with a signature cocktail, live entertainment, and silent auction. During this time, the gift shop and museum, including our latest exhibition Ma Bell: The Mother of Invention in New Jersey, will be open. The silent auction will be available by proxy if you are unavailable to attend the event - more details to come. Wear your spring finest and garden friendly footwear. Garden Party tickets start at $175 per person, with additional benefits for higher donors. Please view our website for details.
Our annual Plant Sale has become a sought after resource for unusual and distinct varieties that thrive in New Jersey. 2022's curated selections feature deer resistant plants, annuals, perennials, veggies, organic, heirloom, and prolific container plants.
