Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (Nasdaq: MRVL) will acquire Cavium Inc. (Nasdaq: CAVM) for approximately $6 billion in cash and stock. Shares of Marvell Technology gained $1.30 to close at $21.59 while Cavium stock leaped $8.19 to close at $84.02.
