In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.4% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Sarepta Therapeutics (SRPT), up about 36.2% and shares of Foundation Medicine (FMI), up about 28.3% on the day.
