Executives at Bloomin' Brands Inc. say they're building a substantial development pipeline of new Outback Steakhouse locations as well as Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar — and "opportunistically" pursuing new Bonefish Grill and Carrabba's Italian Grill locations, too.
